This does not feel like spring, it’s something better! It’s so gorgeous out with highs of 90s and I’m afraid to jinx it! But I’m also taking full advantage of the sun and doing most of my research and admin work outside at every cafe across town. Being the whitest Indian I know in my family I am so happy with how fast I tan and over the course of this past week I baked out there. Don’t worry, I was responsible and sprayed my SPF 70 and spritzed my Aesop Facial Hydrosol, but it feels so good to see that dark Carmel on my arms! Anyway, ony my way to each cafe I have also made it a point to open the moon roof and roll my window down with some great music. It’s just such an exhilarating feeling after suffering the coldest and longest winter we’ve had in over 20 years.
One of my favorite bands to listen to with weather like this is Kings of Leon, I can’t explain it, but they just make me want to chill and lay in the grass all day.
