Kat Von D Alchemist Palette Makeup Tutorial

This installation for our YouTube Channel beauty series features the Kat Von D Alchemist Palette. And as much as I love all of our videos what I adore about this one is first, we got our new backdrops from Adroma which are complete game changers and two I was behind the camera with our photographer @DanielWarePhotography and videographer @DFPhotovideo directing. We’re quick to admit that we love us a good YouTube video, and we won’t deny putting this one together wasn’t a blast. In fact scrolling through my Facebook this morning I caught a conversation between my team about the candy we had on set to power us through! I’ll admit I was the culprit who brought them along, but I can never say no to Airheads, and I stumbled upon the craziest Jolly Ranchers ever which were gummies (The non-gelatin kind I promise)! If anyone has tried them comment below and tell me you love them too! lol

 

Anyway, Sam is one of my favorite people when it comes to working on set because she brings this fun and light energy and it’s hard not to laugh while shooting with her! And @ArtistryByMani is just DOPE AF and always my go-to girl. I’m dropping a couple images from our shoot in this post because they deserve their space as well as a link to our video. We used the Kat Von. D Alchemist Palette to do her eyes, highlight, and even accentuate that center of her lip. All the colors were so fun to work with and while Amani did her magic Sam ran away with the alchemist palette at the end of the shoot and I truly don’t blame her! We’ll be sharing the rest of the images with their own shop links for her outfit in an upcoming post so stay tuned for that!
